Dear Senator/Representative                                              ,

I am among the 85% of Americans who are very satisfied with our health care. A tremendous amount of money has been allocated in the proposed budget and in the recently passed stimulus package for health care reform. Despite the rhetoric and debating, this signifies a significant change in the delivery of health care from the private sector to the government. Since we have examples of how this works in other countries, I believe this will result in a loss of my autonomy over my own health, an increase in wait times for care, and eventually a rationing of care.

I DO NOT want the government to be involved in my health care. I will be looking at how you vote on this issue and will be considering this strongly when deciding how I will vote in the next election.
