- If you agree with this letter, you must let your elected representatives know. You can accomplish this with the assistance of this site by two methods.
- You can print the patient response letter and send a signed copy by mail to each of your representatives(2 senators and 1 congressman). You can obtain the representative's addresses from the link above.
- You can send an email to your representative. To do this you must copy and paste the patient response letter in the comment box of your respective representative. Make sure that you sign the letter. You can obtain the contact information for your representatives on the links above.
- If you want to call your congressman as well, please do.
- Please record your name, city and state on the petition.
- Lastly, please let your family, friends, and relatives, in wherever state they live, know about this site. This is a true grassroots effort. We must show a response large enough that it cannot be ignored.
