  1. Read the letter for physicians.
  2. If you agree, read the Letter For Patients.
  3. If you are satisfied with the letter, please download the letter and give to each and every patient you see.
  4. If you agree with this letter, you must let your elected representatives know.  You can accomplish this with the assistance of this site by two methods.
    1. You can print the physician response letter and send a signed copy by mail to each of your representatives(2 senators and 1 congressman).  You can obtain the representative's addresses from the link: Congressional Contact Information.
    2. You can send an email to your representative.  To do this you must copy and paste the physician response letter in the comment box of your respective representative.  Make sure that you sign the letter.  You can obtain the contact information for your representatives on the link: Congressional Contact Information
  5. Please record your name, city and state on the petition.
  6. Lastly, please let other physicians,  family, friends and relatives know about this site.  This is a true grassroots effort.  We must show a response large enough that it cannot be ignored.
